Speed Trap still going on... I was told by the nice officer that the speed limit did drop from 60 mph to 40 mph in just under a few blocks....Nice well that is a quick way the City gets $200.00 bucks..... From now on I will stay away from this small town!!
Speed trap indeed! Driving in a 70 mph zone, drops to 50, got ticket for going 65. No time to slow down before you are stopped. Guess they're running this racket to earn money for their very small town. Sad and unfair to the out of town traveller.
Predatory income speeding ticket generating system located in this area. Last heard they were under internal investigations for deliberately posting minimal and inadequate signage to fine unsuspecting motorists. Please be aware of this and fight for your rights!
Ridiculous cops have no human heart. Paid off all my speeding tickets then directly after leaving was cited on not yielding to oncoming traffic this place is by far the biggest con artist scamming town in Texas literally avoid this town as a whole this was the first time I actually was ever on this street he didn't care one bit... College kids can't catch no break
